Keep your God given vision

Where there is no vision [no redemptive revelation of God], the people perish; but he who keeps the law [of God, which includes that of man]--blessed (happy, fortunate, and enviable) is he. [Proverbs 29:18 – The Message Bible]

Where there is no vision [mental picture, image, visualization] people perish. 2010 is being hailed as the "Year of Dominion". However, in order for you to have dominion, you have to have a vision(s). To have "Dominion" means to have (1) power (2) control, (3) authority, and (4) say so. God does not want His children to perish so He has given each person a vision or visions. Your understanding of God's ability to work through you to bring your vision(s) to pass must become "revelation knowledge" – you cannot do it by yourself. God did not send you into the earth to fail, but to be a success to the glory and honor of His name. According to Proverbs 29:18, you are blessed, happy, and fortunate and to be envied when you keep God's laws. It is your time to dominate – to let the world see the gifts and talents that God has given you. It is your time to be blessed so that you can be a blessing. Habakkuk 2: 3 of the Amplified Bible says "For the vision is yet for an appointed time and it hastens to the end [fulfillment]; it will not deceive or disappoint. Though it tarry, wait [earnestly] for it, because it will surely come; it will not be behindhand on its appointed day." However, know that there will be challenges, trials, and tribulations to try to frustrate you and keep you off your course. Don't allow it to. Stay your course, knowing that this is your year of dominion. Know also that God will never leave you nor forsake you.

So today I encourage you to:

  • Envision yourself healed of any sickness or disease because of the shed blood of the lamb.

  • Envision your marriage restored and you and your spouse walking as one in Christ Jesus.

  • Envision your ministry going forth and you accomplishing all that God has ordained for you to do.

  • Envision yourself walking in forgiveness and no longer tormented by the devil, knowing that unforgiveness causes torment.

  • Envision yourself debt-free, able to give to the spreading of the Gospel, and live the abundant life that Christ dies for you to have.

  • Envision yourself as an employer with many employees.

  • Envision God’s love radiating in and through you into the lives of others.

  • Envision peace in your home.

  • Envision the joy of the Lord daily strengthening you.

  • Envision yourself free from that addiction that is keeping you bound to your past.

  • Envision yourself speaking to the lost and sharing the love of God with them.

  • Envision the spouse God has for you so that the enemy can no longer use loneliness to entrap you.

  • Envision, envision, envision, and then run with your vision until you see the manifestation(s) of that which God has ordained for you to do and be for Him. DO NOT GIVE UP.

Prayer: Father in the name of Jesus teach me by Your Precious Holy Spirit to keep the vision You have given me ever before me and to run with it until it is complete. Thank You for equipping me with the tenacity to finish every aspect of my vision, amen.
